He was predeceased by: his sister Arlene Gusek. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Tricia Spadafore (Rob) and Steven Dzik (Christine); his grandchildren, Matthew Spadafore, Ryan Spadafore, Charlottle Spadafore, Kyle Dzik and Sydney Dzik; and his siblings, John Dzik and Jeri Vincent.
