We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2019, at the age of 88, Robert I. Mathewson (Oswego, Illinois), born in Oak Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira J. and Thelma; and his wife Olive Mathewson. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Mathewson (Lesa) and Eric Mathewson (Denise); and his grandchildren, Ryan Mathewson (Mary) and Brock Mathewson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
