He is survived by: his wife Merida Pell-Rafford; his children, Rick Rafford (Pam) and Cindy Anderson (Troy); his stepchildren, Raymond Pell (Sue), Brian Pell (Laura) and Glen Pell; and his grandchildren, Bradley Rafford (Kailey), Christopher Rafford, Noel King, Ellie King, Bob Pell (Cheryl), Brad Pell (Tracy), Jennifer Veguilla (Jason), Nicole DePuy (Brian), Caitlin Pell, Devin Pell, Dylan Pell, Brandon Pell and Lia Pell. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
