She is survived by: her grandchildren, Richard Hart (Annette) of Yorkville, IL, Scott Hart (Leslie) of Yorkville, IL and Kim Zukowski (Jay) of Round Lake, IL; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Joe, Faith Hart, Lauren, Carly Zukowski, Ray and Jonah Hart; her husband Thomas E Costello, Jr.; and her siblings, Marian, Ruth, Jean, Alice and Andrew "Bud" Pierce. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
