She was predeceased by: her spouse George Sirovatka; and her child Gerald Sirovatka (Patricia). She is survived by: her child Judith Kratochvil (Frank); her grandchildren, Kimberly Hutzler (David), Sheri Fioresi (Brian), Susan English (Alan) and Thomas Sirovatka (Moria); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Joseph, Carter, Nolan, Macy, Ella, Hallie, Riley, Alayna and Colby; her sibling Marie Baade (late Fred); and her nieces and nephews, Ronald Sirovatka, Ronald Baade and Robert Nielsen. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
