He was predeceased by: his father Noel Clyde Staton; and his brothers, Steven Staton and Carson Staton. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Staton (Thornton); his son Noah Staton; his mother Beverly Ann Staton (Keen); and his brother Ray Staton.
