He was predeceased by: his son William Fann; and his siblings, Edward Fann and Una Mae Hampton. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Fann; his daughters, Tina Kufeldt (Kevin Kufeldt) and Kimberly Ragsdale (Joseph Ragsdale); and his siblings, Wilma Hill and William Hartley. He is also survived by his beautiful wife, wonderful children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
