She is survived by: her husband Bill Siembieda; her children, Dave Siembieda (Roberta), Steve Siembieda (Teri), Anne Gardner (Daniel) and Martha Rames (Joseph); and her sisters, Phyllis Heinen-Vogl, Patricia O'Rourke and Jean Sinclair (Eugene). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
