She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael and Voleslawa; her husband Charles "Chuck" Chuk; her son Charles M. Chuk; her granddaughter Cassandra Chuk; and her siblings, Julia Lewandowski, Stella Kadzielawski, Leonard Stanislawski and Tom Stanislawski.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bonifas (Gary) of Sugar Grove, IL, Lisa Kuhn (Bill) of Genoa, IL and Mark Chuk (Robin) of Aurora, IL.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bonifas (Rorry), Christopher Bonifas (Stephanie), Michael Kuhn (Jenna), Jason Kuhn and Vanessa Chuk; and her great grandchildren, Francesca "Frankie" Bonifas and Josephine "Joey" Bonifas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dunn Family Funeral Home (1801 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL 60543).
