It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Kapolnek of Oswego, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepfather George Jakuboski; and her grandparents, Martha and George Neu. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Michael (Karen), Robert (Jennifer), Thomas (Danielle), David (Amanda), Jerry, Julie Hamann (Mike) and Amy Mathias (Drew); her grandchildren, Daniel (Aprille), Anna Goldberg (Bruce), Robert, Rebecca, Sarah, Thomas, Matthew, Emma, Tyler, Sophie, Quin, Emily and Colin; her great grandchild Theo; and her brother Gerald Wrout (Joanne). She is also survived by seven children, 13 grandchildren, and a newly born great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
