She is survived by: her husband Slawomir Mazurek; her children, Derek, Maria Mazurek of Bartlett, Mike and Ruth Mazurek of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Magdalena Mazurek, Michal Mazurek and Thomas Mazurek; and her brother Janusz Ligeza (Wieslawa) of Poland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
