He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Carter; and his children, Scott Carter (Shelly), Sherrie Hoffman (Michael), Erica Palomar (Alejandro), Lyndsey Carter and Julia Carter. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and one great grandson.
