He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Friedrich Weingartner and Loise; his wife Edie; his daughters, Elizabeth Greifenkamp (Jay), Aurora, Anita and Yorkville; his grandchildren, Kayla, Sydney, Jonah Greifenkamp and Annaliese Smagor; and his siblings, Lilli Ambrosat and Traugott Weingartner. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
