It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Helgeson (Oswego, Illinois), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Lucy (Meise); her siblings, Nick and Polly Paulsen; her daughter Katherine Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Landon Armstrong and Aaron Armstrong.
She is survived by: her sons, William (Maria), Robert (Cheryl) and David (Kathy); and her spouse Howard. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
