She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Parker and Candyce Parker; her husband George Leroy Cramer; her daughter Dawn Halloran (Patrick) of Coal City, IL; her grandchildren, Rachel VanDuyne (Ryan), Matthew Halloran (Chelsea Schultz) of Coal City, IL and John Halloran of Los Angeles, CA; her great grandchild Reese VanDuyne; her brothers, Louis Dwayne Parker of Punta Gorda, FL, Royce Glenn Parker of Salem, OR and Oliver Franklin "Buddy" Parker (Laurinda); and her sister-in-law Beverly Parker of Gardner, IL.. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Elma's name to fight juvenile diabetes at JDRF.org or the American Heart Association at heart.org.
