It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Donald Carmody (Oswego, Illinois), born in Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Carmody and Mary Carmody. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Samorian; his sister Jeanette Wildhagen of Jerseyville, IL; and his sons, Dave of Chicago, Mike Carmody (Laura) of Yorkville, Pat Carmody (Amy) of Oswego, Don Carmody (Julie) of Montgomery and Steve Carmody (Marta Macé) of Tacoma. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
