It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David C. Horner (Oswego, Illinois), who passed away on January 26, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepbrother Rick Mons; and his sister-in-law Susan Horner. He is survived by: his children, Becca Capshaw (Ryan) and Chris Horner; his grandchildren, Gavin and Grayson; his brothers, Burke Horner (Shelly), Jim Horner (Pam) and Bob Horner (Judy); and his stepbrother Roy Mons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
