It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel VanDeventer of Oswego, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur C. and Frances A.; his stepmother Jessie Van Deventer (Celia VanDeventer); and his siblings, Tom VanDeventer and Debbie Hull.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan Coffey of San Diego, CA; and his siblings, Bruce VanDeventer (Sharon) of Flippin, AR and Pat Ingrum of New Concord, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
