He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phipps and Lena Phipps; and his grandparents, William and Mary Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Diane Phipps; his children, Walter Phipps (Angie) and Kimberly Phipps (David Lorek); his grandchildren, Brandon Phipps, Aidan Phipps and Evan Lorek; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Mestauskas, Carolyn Freund and Marvin Wurster; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, good friends.
