He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber L. Betcher and A. Linda Atwood Betcher; and his sister Shelby Miller. He is survived by: his wife Karen Schnedler; his children, Kevin Betcher, Darrin Betcher, Joyce Betcher and Heidi Parlapiano; his stepchildren, Janet Smart, Susan Streat, Sherry Streat and Michael Streat; and his brother Ival Betcher. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
