He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving Johnson and Esther Johnson (Cask); his wife Nancy Maeltzer; his sons, Bill Johnson (Sue) of Lafayette, IN and Scott Johnson (Kim) of Champaign, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob, Heather, Andrew and Erica; and his sister Ingrid Johnson-Hilgendorf (Tom) of Omaha, NE..
