It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Polmateer of Osco, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Nelson and Anna Nelson (Bergstrom); and her brother N. Roland Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Polmateer; her children, Debra Demers of Atkinson, Julie Lindner (Greg) of Johnson Creek, WI, Rick Polmateer of Osco and Lisa K. Lease (Todd) of Geneseo; her brother Stanley R. Nelson (Nancy) of Moline; her grandchildren, Adam Lindner (Kaity), Melissa Davey (John), Connor Lease and Carter Lease; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Owen and Ethan Davey. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
