She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Martin and Joseph Martin; her sisters, Andree and Michele; her nephew Jeff Kilpatrick; and her husband John Sullivan (Jack).
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Hickey (Kevin), John Sullivan (Terri) and Jim (Mark Graczyk); her grandchildren, Jacob, Kevin, Dean (April), Justine and Rachel (Marissa); her great grandchildren, Will and Michael; her niece Jennifer Kilpatrick; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rourke Kilpatrick, Jayden and Jori Berger.
