He was predeceased by: his son Leonard Brussano; and his parents, William Brushaber and Isabelle Brushaber. He is survived by: his wife Veronica J. Brushaber; his children, Veronica Stein (Thomas), Tamara Holtz (Mark), William M. Brushaber (Gina) and Kenneth Brushaber (Connie); his grandchildren, Lukas, Peter Stein, Allison, Hannah Holtz, Ryan Gage, Ashton Brussano, Aidan Brussano, Kaylee and Cassie Brushaber; and his brothers, Darryl Brushaber and Gerard Brushaber (Marlene).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 9:45 AM and at 10:30 AM.
