He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arthur, Donald, Dorothy, Clara Mae and Lorraine; and his niece Susan.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, Theresa Hetzler (David), Daniel Gersch (Laura) and James Gersch (Cindy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Ryan, Sarah, Kyle, Madison and Morgan; and his niece Debbie.
