With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy A. Long of Orland Park, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael Long, Linda Rehder (Steve) and Denise Tietz (Jim); his grandchildren, Steve Rehder (Amanda), Kevin Long, Bryan Long (Halie), Casey Tietz (Alexa), Michael Long (Amanda), Dan Rehder and Kyle Tietz; and his great grandchildren, Addison Rehder, Zoe Rehder, Oliver Rehder, Noemi Rehder, Logan Tietz, Trevor Tietz, Rhea Long, Lucy Long and Lydia Long. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thornridge Funeral Home of Orland Park (14318 South La Grange Road, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) (14318 South La Grange Road, Orland Park, IL 60462). A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
