He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Judith Allen (Robert) and Thomas C. Crotty; and his sister Tricia Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Crotty; his sisters, Terri Hummel (Daryl) and Traci Miller (William); his brother-in-law Thomas Carpenter; his former wife Kathleen Crotty; his children, Shannon Crotty Thwaites (Will), Kerrigan Crotty and Clare Crotty; his stepchildren, Kyle Hutchison (Courtney), Kent Hutchison and Sarah Hutchison; his stepmother Carol Crotty; and his stepsisters, Anita Allen, Barbara Caudill (Larry) and Amy Boggs (Rod). He is also survived by loving aunt, uncle, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Interment private, In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Tom's memory to Open Heart Magic.
