He was predeceased by: his wife Tessie; his daughter Estelle; his siblings, Robert, Theodore, William and Joanne; and his parents, Kathryn "Kay" Balk and Joseph "Joe" Balk.
He is survived by: his significant other Sue Pulciani; his children, Anthony (Shirley), Thomas (Barbara Latta) and Joann Stufflebeam; his grandchildren, Maryann, Rhonda, Joseph, Dakota, Alexandria, Cassandra, Nicolette, Mackenzie, Spencer and Carson; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Kacey, Braxton, Darcy and Tessa. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews relatives, and friends.
