He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen A. Rowan; his parents, William Rowan and Mary Rowan; and his sisters, Maureen and Bridget Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Rowley Jr., Meghann Moses (Joshua) and Kristin Rowan; his grandchildren, Maeve and Frankie; and his siblings, William Jr. and Mary Carol.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Woods Church (10731 W 131st St, Orland Park, IL 60462).
