It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen W. Stapleton (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Denise Hamilton, Jane Callahan and Julie Gail'Stapleton. He is survived by: his spouse Patt; his children, Sharon Glennon (Mark), Susan Maple (Robert), David Stapleton, Sandra Manthey (Jack) and Douglas Stapleton; his grandchildren, Matthew (Meghan), Rebecca, Patrick (Genesis), Katelyn, John Reid, Meghan, Scott, Erin, Lauren, Margaret, Stephanie, Andrea and Michelle; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Theodore and Ava.
Interment privateIn lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 would be appreciated.
