“Just found out today 11/6/2023 that the man who helped keep me alive and enjoying life since I moved to Illinois has passed. I’m so sorry for your loss. When I visited with him for my appointment this Summer, he told me he was moving his practice closer to his home. He was thrilled to be closer to his home. Although he offered me a referral to a doctor in Grayslake, I preferred to make the drive to his new office.”
