It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Silvio A. Ferrara (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Silvio departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Silvio may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Silvio leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ferrara and Susie Ferrara; and his brothers, John Ferrara (late Gilda), William Ferrara (late Carol) and Frank Ferrara, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Josephine; and his sister Angela Luksetich (late William).
In lieu of flowers, masses to St. Julie Billiart Church are appreciated.
