He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Declan, Claire and Kelsie; his siblings, Thomas, Kevin (Catherine) and Mike "Casey" O'Malley (Karen); his siblings-in-law, Marge Skaritka, Linda O'Neill, Charles Slager (Deb), Tim Slager, Rebecca Haan (Jim), Donald Slager (Debbie) and Rich Slager (Patty); his godchildren, Andrew Philbrick and Stacy Stanton; his friends, Brian, Jim, Rich, John and Jeff; and also Dave.
