She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mark Kiers (Trudy) and Bucky Kiers; and her sister-in-law Ginger Riedas (John). She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Regnerus; her children, Bob Regnerus (Arlene), Christine VanEssen (Joel) and Brian Regnerus (Carrie); her grandchildren, William, Bethany, Anna, Isaac, Makena, Mak, Noa and Kai; her siblings, Marilee Guthrie (James), Dean Kiers (Debbie) and Deborah Kowalczyk (late Pete); and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Denison (Doug Owens).

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Chicago Christian High School, 12001 S. Oak Park Ave., Palos Heights, IL 60463 are appreciated.
