He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Dawn Gustafson, DeAnn Roney (Mark), Denise Vavra (James) and Diana Dado (Kenneth); and his siblings, Larry Koziol (Diane), Cynthia Striblen, Pamela Ridel (Herb) and Joseph Krzyzowski. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thornridge Funeral Home of Orland Park (14318 South La Grange Road, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) (14318 South La Grange Road, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (14327 Highland Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Vitas Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
