He was predeceased by: his cousin Lindsay Gara; and his grandparents, Allan Hollingsworth and Wanda Karolus. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Hollingsworth and Kathryn Hollingsworth; his sister Mikayla Hollingsworth; his daughter Finley McGrail; his grandparents, John Karolus and Sharon Hollingsworth; his aunt Susan (Karolus); and his uncle Rob Beckman.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lincoln Way Family Addiction Support Group.
