He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his daughters, Christine Elkhatib (Musa), Marsha Kasper and Leanne Gascoigne (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Adam, Kais, Alexis, Haley, Faith, Connor, Taylor, Cooper and Sydney; his great grandchild Winnie; and his siblings, Don Moore and Diana Lubic.
