He is survived by: his wife Debora; his sons, Jason Petrbok (Cassie), Andrew Petrbok (Trista) and Daniel Petrbok (Rachel); his grandchildren, Addisyn, Bodhi, Callan, Jack, Roman, Rhyan, Olivia and Gianna; and his sister Nancy Wilkin.
