He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley; his children, Kim Fields (Tim), Kari Landis (Tony), Richard J. Putnam, Rick Ellitch and Robert Ellitch; his siblings, Lynn, Hank, Sharon Taubers, Glenn Putnam, Robert Putnam, Sandy Coachman and Eugene Putnam; and also Herbert.
