He was predeceased by: his sibling Walter Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Dolores; his children, Terry Klucznyk, Natalie Dombrowski (Brian) and David Klucznyk (Tessa); his grandchildren, Ashley of Brian, Dean and Isla; and his siblings, Bohdan Jr. (Ellen) and Myron Jr..

Interment private In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church in Peter's name.
