It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Laning-Meekma (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Laning and Ruth Laning; and her brothers, Alan Laning (Maria) and Steven Laning (Kathy Ann). She is survived by: her husband Lawrence J. "Larry" Meekma; her children, Noel Meekma (Jodi Yapp) and Tessa Strzempek (Greg); her grandson Zachary Strzempek; and her siblings, Marcia Stoub (John) and David Laning (Kathy).
