She was predeceased by: her husband James P. Holmes; her parents, Jack Lynch and Josie Lynch; and her siblings, Cathy Murphy (late Bartley) and James Lynch (Alice).

She is survived by: her children, Mike Barrett, John Barrett (Carrie), Trish Barrett (Mark), Brenda Cross (Rich), James Holmes (Tina), Michael Holmes (Ann) and Brendan Holmes (Shannon); her grandchildren, Sean, Jennifer, Christopher, Liam, Michael, Jimmy, Colin and Joey; her great grandchildren, Jack and Alexis; and her sister Joan Walsh (late Joe).

Interment Holy Sepulchre CemeteryIn lieu of flowers donations to Misericordia Home, 6300 N. Ridge Avenue, Chicago, IL 60660 would be appreciated.
