It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew W. Lisak (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matthew W. Lisak to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa S.; his children, Kimberly Lisak and Benjamin Lisak; his granddaughter Norah; his parents, Matt Lisak and Helen Lisak; and his siblings, Helen "Cookie" Wisinski (Chris), Rita Kulawiec (late Roman), Ronald Lisak (Robin) and Donnie Lisak (Stephanie).

In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund to University of Aesthetics & Cosmetology in Downers Grove, IL will be set up in his name.
