Though Marcia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marcia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John H. Dykstra; her children, Michelle Dahl (Chuck) and Kristen Salwierak (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Logan, Ashlynn, Tristan and Isabella; her sister Geri Grzan (late Jerry); and her siblings-in-law, Roger Dykstra (Jane), Karen Sluis (late Siebe) and William Dykstra.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
