She was predeceased by: her parents, Menno Frieling and Alice Frieling (Decker); and her siblings, Robert Frieling (late Nellie) and Helen Van Drunen (late Kenneth). She is survived by: her husband Harold T. Bell; her children, Kristin McNeely (Michael) and Luke Bell (Alexa); her grandchildren, Kellan, Layla, April McNeely, Cooper, Mina, Eddie, Sutton and Greta Bell; and her siblings, Donald Frieling (Jan), Marlene Schoon (John), Shirley Shurman (Pete), Kenneth Frieling (Shari), Nancy Hoffman (late Robert) and Beverly Rozendal (late Edwin).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Church (16100 S 104th Ave, Palos Park, IL 60467).
