It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard R. Urbanski (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on July 9, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandchild Zachary; and his sibling Ken Urbanski (late Linda). He is survived by: his spouse Annette; his children, Lisa Ann Fucciolo (Dominic), Allison Fisher (Donald) and Jason Urbanski (Heather); and his grandchildren, Michael, Alex, Jayme, Samantha, Will, Griffin and Amelia.
