Lavina Habel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lavina Habel (Orland Park, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur J. Habel; and her parents, Leo Carroll Tyrrell and Grace M. Tyrrell. She is survived by: her children, Pat Habel (Claudia), Gary Habel (Wendy), Mary Smith (Greg) and Tom Habel; her grandchildren, Jenny, Dan, Josh, Matt, Kate, Sarah and Brian; her great grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, Adeline, Kelsey of Dominick, MJ and Andrew; and her siblings, Martha Redmond, Thelma Redmon, George Emmitt Tyrrell, Bernard Tyrrell and Roy Tyrrell.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Woods Church (10731 W 131st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
