In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kathleen leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Kathleen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard W. Dunkel; and her parents, Adam Baraniak and Evelyn Baraniak. She is survived by: her children, Jan Chickerillo (Gerald), Richard Dunkel and Debra Bartecki (Mitchell); her grandchildren, Gerald (Jami), Krystina, Brayden and Nicholas; and her great grandchild Maeve.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
