She was predeceased by: her spouse Manello "Phil" Phillips; her daughter Valerie Parisi; her parents, Leonidas Djikas and Vassiliki Djikas; and her brother Paul Djikas.

She is survived by: her children, Jenine Phillips, Eliot Phillips (Cheryl), Louis Phillips and Christina Phillips (Joanie Paradis); and her sister Sophia Manta (late Leo).

“Aunt Kay is, we know for certain, arranging dinners, reaching out to others, and showing her Greek energy and love. We had the privilege of joining Kay and Manello on a journey to Greece - to most of us it was a trip abroad but to the Phillips, it was a triumphant return to the homeland. They walked the streets of the small villages and Manello carried a coffee pot so he could have strangers taste real, "American Greek Coffee". You are still with us Kay.
