He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Piazza and Ann Piazza; his brother Paul Piazza; and his sister-in-law Donna Hark (Tim). He is survived by: his wife Diane M.; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Piazza and Dale Innocenti (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
